The theme of The Gallery this week is Simple Pleasures.
Tabitha is at the climbing phase, she wants to climb out the cot, over the sofa and into the buggy. I thought I'd try and safely channel her need for adventure one afternoon last week and it was the most fun a little girl could have on a rainy day.
How much more simple is there than a pile of sofa cushions covered in a furry blanket?

My twins are a similar age to Tabitha and I've been meaning to try this for ages, as they are so into climbing. Thanks for reminding me and lovely pics!

Love this. How old is she? It's exactly the game my 2yo loves at the moment. In fact the sofa cushions are more often on the floor than the sofa. She's having a ball!

ReplyDeleteMy 4 love to take the cushions off the sofa and jump and fall all over them. The sofa is always a bit lumpy and misshapen for a bit afterwards though.
