Peppa Pig must die!

This will be a short post.

Tabitha is obsessed with Peppa Pig. There is no other programme she wants to watch nothing else she wants to do and not one episode we have not seen.

Yes, I am even that mother holding my iPhone out on the train streaming utube episodes every morning for 5 minutes peace.

I was awoken the other night at 3am by a hysterical child screaming 'GEORGE!' and reaching down the side of the bed to rescue a soft toy who was sat happily on a pillow smirking at me.

I have had enough of that oinky little pig and her whole family.

Bacon sandwich anyone?

  1. I really like Peppa Pig, it's genuinely funny at times, & endearing.

Or at least I did the first 1000 times, & I'm pretty sure I've now seen every one at least once.

I can hear even now hear Jake saying "Peppa! Peppa! Peppa! Peppa!" while he tries to grab the remote.

It's not yet the only thing they'll watch (for instance Jake is a big Ra-Ra fan, & Ellie loves In the Night Garden) - but I'll definitely join you for that bacon sandwich!

  3. Haha I know exactly how you feel. Personally I like the programmes Youngling watches but not when he wants to watch them ten times in a row, throws a hysterical fit when they finish and throws himself on the floor in a shop when I wont buy him the toys from said programmes. Very difficult. rest assured it is just a stage - not really what you want to be hearing I'm sure. Can I have brown sauce with that please? x

  5. Oh I know that feeling. I was properly excited when new episodes cam out as I was starting to know all the words to the old ones. We don't have nick jr anymore so early watch it. It's a relief I have to say.

  7. I do actually think it's really funny it is the only programme that makes me laugh out loud. However after 6 months of a minimum of ten episodes per day.....I hate that damn pig!

It is 24/7 Peppa pig right now!

Write the post, parents should be made aware of its addictive qualities!!!

Maybe we should open a Peppa Pig Rehab course?

  11. You just count your blessings she doesn't have a Dora obsession. Dora the effing explorer makes me want to stick my head in the oven.

  14. I didn't like pig. So many people eat pig but I don't like its face and that's why I don't want to play with it or to eat its meat.
